Good:

+spent some QT w/ my sister who is moving away in less than 2wks
+visited w/ friends from CA who leave tmrw to go back
+VERY close to macro nutrient goals of 50% carbs, 20% protein, 30% fat
+cleaned the house

Not so good:

-skipped a workout d/t not wanting to cross town in snow (but it freed up time to see sis)
-didn't get very much work done (can't do it all emoticon )
