    You're talking about the Last Chance workout right? I try to do that once a week (at least). It kicks my butt! I can't do all the moves yet but the important thing I keep moving during it!

    They work out like 8 hours a day on the Biggest Loser I think. LOL Just teasing but I think it is soooo much weight to lose expectations on that show. BUT... I loved how you said the part that it is like having a personal trainer at home! SO true!! And if you love the coaches already, it is all the more motivating! I also LOVED how you didn't feel like it after a long day at work but you just did it. We all need that attitude! Hehe Also, you are right that you will not get on the show because you already are too skinny to qualify! emoticon Great progress! Keep going! Your attitude is inspiring! :)
