After 1 week

I've been on my healthy lifestyle plan now for a little over a week. I've eaten fairly well. I've started to eat in a way where I can have one, small treat every couple of days. And I even managed to have a cheat meal during Girls Night, and then go out to dinner with my boyfriend. I still lost weight!!
My exercising has gotten better too. I worked out 5 days from Sunday to Saturday last week. I pushed myself to keep going, even when I was tired and wanted to quit. I did real pushups, which I HATE and never do. But they are a favorite of my trainer's, so I guess I better get used to them.
The best thing to happen at the end of the week is that I feel better. I feel lighter, less bloated, more energetic, and stronger. If I feel good after only one week, I can't wait to see how I feel after a few months!
