No more obsessing!

I have a tendency to go a bit overboard with Nutrition Trackers and will try to count every last calorie. I found myself counting peanuts the other day and allowing myself no more than 18 peanuts, when I realized that it's becoming a bit of a problem. I know what serving sizes look like now, I know that I generally make good choices about food and I don't have any problem food around the house. So I think it's safe to not track my food anymore and just track my exercise. I don't want to be a neurotic, obsessive person because that's just setting myself up for a breakdown. Common sense is the only diet I want to be on.
