Hypno-Twist Family Exerciser

Was cleaning out stuff for a garage sale this summer and ran across this Hypno-Twist "a do-it-yourself trim-gym" that I purchased back in the 70's. It is a steel circular exerciser that rotates on 100 ball bearings, is tip proof, supports up to 400 lbs. and diameter is 11 inches. It is supposed to reduce hips & waist and firms stomach and legs, thus "revitalizes the figure". I spent much time on this in my younger days when I had a waist. I am going to use this a few times a week and see what happens! What do I have to lose?!
