I put it back...

So, I've been struggling with making excuses for eating treats lately. I am trying to get 15 more off for race season, and I do really well all day, then I get thinking about a treat, and next thing you know, I am eating something bad and feeling guilty.

Tonight I was fixing a cup of coffee after dinner. I am already within 50 cals of my high end, and I think about the coffee cake. I actually cut a piece and put it on a plate before I stopped and thought - nope, you don't have room for that today and you need to stick to the plan!

It was a good moment. I usually make some excuse about how I worked out and its ok because I am burning lots of calories in training, and on, and on, and on...

Today, I know I am back on track, for the duration.
