Off to a great start

2011 is off to a great start. As it should be after 2 weeks vacation from work and exercise! Unless you count the endless walking I did at Disney and Sea World. I’m also excited because I got a new stationary bike. Love those things. It means more cross training and more reading! I gave my old one away and my reading suffered. I’m also excited that I am doing a 10 mile run on the half-marathon route this Saturday! Yay!
Week 1 (or 4 weeks till Half Marathon #2)
Sun 1/2: Off. Travel day.
Mon 1/3: 3 mile treadmill run (33 min)
Tue 1/4: Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt (38 min)
Wed 1/5: 6 mile run outside (60 min) –tough! Had a cold and it was very hot outside.
Thu 1/6: Kelly Coffey Meyer Weights (35 min)
Fri 1/7: Rest
Sat 1/8: 8 mile run outside (82 min)
Sun 1/9: Pilates (25 min), CLX Ab Jam (10 min)
Total week miles: 17
