Workout Plan for January to Keep myself Accountable....

I will continue to update this on a week by week basis, because the reality is my life is way to packed to just "SET A SCHEDULE!" I WISH I COULD DO THAT- so I must be like the ocean and rolllll with it and week by week make a plan. From when I will check emails twice a day (rather than 10 or all day) to when I exercise and what I do!

Monday- 1/10/11- 6am Jillian 30 Day Shred-
Tuesday- 1/11- 6am Lower Body Circuit Workout (Exercise TV 25 min) & 10 push ups
Wednesday - 1/12- 6pm Gym (Cardio 50)
Thursday - 1/13-rest day
Friday- 1/14- Upper arms jackie werner video
Saturday- 1/15- Rest - walking
Sunday - 1/16- 30 day shred
Monday 1/17- (Day off from work) 10am kickboxing class
Tuesday 1/18 - Yoga with Ola
Wednesday 1/19- 30 Day Shred Level 1 6am
Thursday 1/20 - gym
Friday 1/21- Kickboxing
Saturday 1/22- rest
Sunday 1/23- gym
