Goals for this week:

1) 15 min increments on the treadmill + 10 mins weights
2) Conscious posture; i.e., be aware of my posture & don't slouch
- a second set in the evening
- sneaking stretching into my day while sitting at the desk

Making a conscious choice to keep things simple - enjoy the challenges that present themselves today.
