Goals for this challenge

I would like to loose 5lbs.
Get in 8 glasses of water daily.
Exercise 4-5 times a week.
I may add more as I go.

    You can do it! sounds like you've got a good plan, now stick to it. I lost 5 pounds in a week following that same progam!
