Week One of Bootcamp Done!

Woo! I finished all my goals for week one of the bootcamp program.
I will be working today, so lots of standing and walking around naturally.
I am going to keep my running going, and progressing hopefully, to aid in my progress.
I am also going shopping for more veggies tomorrow, as I feel I don't eat enough of them. Going make Leek soup tomorrow as well.

Hope everyone else with a resolution or goal is also sticking to it at this point. Congrats to all that have made some progress!
