Helping someone helped me

Helping my daughter move helped me. I discovered I can climb stairs since my total knee replacement. I was so happy. I have been working on this for some time. I was only able to climb 3 steps until yesterday. Then I climbed a whole flight. I was so surprised. It took a little while, but still it was an accomplishment. Now I can start climbing stairs for exercise.

I have been taking a muscle builder. It is called Creatine. You take it after you exercise. Evidently it is working to help build my muscles. I know I need to lose weight, but I had lost so much muscle that I needed to gain back some muscle. I have been taking Creatine about a week. I don't want to bulk up too much, just have some muscle show instead of fat. I have been really working on my chest muscles. Things have been drooping with age and I really don't like that. I hope to get things back into perspective.

I ordered some more clothes. It is so good to order a 1x instead of 3x like I was ordering. Soon, I hope, I can get into the regular sizes. Then maybe I will go shopping instead of ordering from a catalog. I just can't bear to go shopping in the stores. They either don't have my size or they are terrible colors. Our local stores have the worst buyers for their clothing that I have ever seen. We usually go out of town shopping because of it.

Good for you on your loss of clothing size. I bet if feels great. Also, great job on the stair climbing. I'm having trouble with my knees, but I'm working at losing the weight to see if that will help.
