Hello everyone its Day 5 of Bootcamp for me and I'm feeling really good I've been doing the workouts and doing cardio I have been writing down everything I eat and drinking lots and lots of water I'm so glad Bootcamp started when it did because I was not doing very well I gained 7lbs. and was not going to the gym or even walking or jogging after I did my first 12k I just came to a wall and did not feel it anymore but Bootcamp has giving me that push I needed to get back up so thanks Sparks!
