Oh My, it feels great to put the check mark in the Week One Complete Column of the 28 Day Bootcamp. Week one is done and Week Two, Here I come!!
DAY 7; Whippie- no video for today!! I did complete my cardio and I think I have figured out why I have been almost lifeless the past two days. With my healthy eating, I accidentally cut out bread, you know grains for carbs. Carbs has been the low thing on my nutrition tracking every day. So today, I managed to add grains to my first two meals and hope to figure out a grain for dinner too. I feel much better this afternoon!!
