Well, I was very excited because today is my weigh in day and all week I feel like I have been on track and making an extra effort to get my exercise in. I actually gained weight when I stepped on the scale. Usually this would push me to food but I am determined to make this lifestyle work for me. I mean its got to be better than eating junk all the time. I am considering joining the gym again but I am worried because sometimes its hard for me to get time out of the house and alas the gym is quite expensive. Also I am on several medications that can cause weight gain. So I guess for now I have to be happy that I'm making changes for a better life.
