ahh... the 'busy-ness' of the New Year returned with a vengence...
So here's my revised strategy: Short mornings
- I missed Tues, Wed, Thurs because I couldn't do a 'full' work-out; 30 mins cardio + 10 mins weights.... oh well, can't have everything I want when I want it...
- Short mornings: 10 mins treadmill + 5 mins weights in the morning & repeat in the evening
- Not my ideal BUT it's better than missing another day.
Yeah for me for getting my head into accepting 'short mornings'
(yep - no time for any other Spark points right now - gotta run...)
