Thurs Workout

I worked tonight at the gym. I got there at 8:00 and did another hour workout. I have a little routine now--10 min elliptical to warm up, then 15-25 min strength training, then back to the elliptical for @30 min. It was nice tonight because it was less crowded than it was yesterday afternoon.

Thurs 1/6

1) Blog daily emoticon

2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)

3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min. emoticon

4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym emoticon#3

5) Strength Training 3x's a week emoticon #2

6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day. emoticon (10+)

7) Follow a low-carb diet emoticon

    woo! Great job at meeting your goals you have checked off!!
    I'm on a lower-carb diet right now too...but not low carb. I still allow myself complex carbs, just minimal amounts of white flour, white rice etc. I only eat the white flour/pasta or rice if my husband makes it for supper before I get home. It's working well for me right now. I've also tried to cut out sweets and replace with fruit.
