Two days back on track! Yeay me!

So far I've had two food days in a row with healthy eating.

Now if I keep it up for dinner tonight, 3 days. I just need to get my hind quarters off this chair and out the door to home so I can cook before it's time to sleep. Ugh.

The sleep thing is going horrible, no more than 4 1/2 hours off sleep a night this whole week. I can feel my concentration slipping. What was I talking about here? tee hee

Tomorrow I will be asking for people's thoughts regarding my walking program.

But i need to get outta here, to the store, etc.
