got upset at work--and as usual, remembered why i overeat. When i get stressed, i get VORACIOUSLY hungry and i eat everythign in sight. and then i crash. and then i have no energy at all..
it's only 1pm. i already ate more than 2/3rds of my calorie allowance for the day....

    thx! i did good though. all it took is a single small chocolate to take the edge off :) and the dinner was meat-free, so i think that shaved off a few calories (don't look at what i log, food is homecooked and i find it's difficult to log, so i try to approximate...)

    Hang in there! Tomorrow is a new day.

    Try replacing food with something else when you get stressed - go for a walk, call a friend, Spark - anything but the fridge! I get like that,too, and it really doesn't help our stress levels or reaching our goals for the short-term pleasure.
