Yes!! I'm MY own motivation!!

So this week I have definitely been trying to concentrate on incorporating more strength training into my work out so that I can get more muscle :) I joined the 28-day challenge for hopefully I will see results.

I really am enjoying my workouts on the elliptical :) a couple of days ago I did 520 cal in 30 min :) pretty proud of myself. Not to mention I also did my laps around the track now...I also really enjoy doing that after the elliptical to loosen more muscles more.

This year is starting off great!
