1st Weigh-In Day

I weighed in and found out I lost 4lbs. First thing I thought was, oh no, what did I wear that was heavier last week? I quickly wrote down what I was wearing so I repeat it.
While eating a Yoplait Light yogurt, I was trying to figure out what to do for exercise. Looking at the videos on here, I saw I need lots of floor space and two arms. I was born with one hand, my arm stops just below the elbow. Many exercises are quite a challenge. So I thought, hmm, could I use my bed as a workout mat, lol. Trying figure out what I can do. Walking, that's it. Hmmm, take dogs, would be safer. Wait, daughter really not old enough to leave at home by herself. Wake her up and go? No, needs as much sleep as possible, she's growing and has heart defects that are getting worse. I'll wait till about lunch time and put her in her wheelchair and go for a walk. If she walks we only make half way down the block and she can't even stand up anymore.
Well I do get a lil exercise in my daily routine. Run around the house back & forth, put things away, cook meals, get things for daughter (very often), feed pets, check mail (ok it's only 50 ft, lol).
I think I need really need to try to focus on eating healthy, get a little walking in, then increase it.
