1st Weigh in of 2011

I didn't gain any weight over the holidays! It's time to kick it in gear and start losing again. I have to go back to tracking everything that I eat and working out on a daily basis. I'm thinking about getting a FitBit or a BodyBugg to assist me in my weight loss efforts. I'm on weight watchers, so, i'm not sure how they work with that program.
