1st Weigh in of 2011

I didn't gain any weight over the holidays! It's time to kick it in gear and start losing again. I have to go back to tracking everything that I eat and working out on a daily basis. I'm thinking about getting a FitBit or a BodyBugg to assist me in my weight loss efforts. I'm on weight watchers, so, i'm not sure how they work with that program.

    That is great news that you maintained during the holidays.
    I have a team member on my local sparkteam who uses a Body Bugg and loves it. Maybe you should ask at your next WW meeting about how it can interact in your efforts with their program.

    Now that you've got the good news in your corner work on sticking to that calorie range, tracking, and getting that exercise in.

    I know you can do it, just set up your goals and move forward each day.

    I think it is emoticon that you did not gain any weight over
    the holidays! That is an accomplishment in itself. I have never heard of the FitBit or the BodyBugg. However, I do know that Weight Watchers is a good program and if you stick to it, you will start losing weight again. Again, emoticon on not
    gaining weight over the holidays!
