I am grateful for:
- making my workout work for me tonight & not giving in..
-Day 3 of my 21 day HABIT!
- focus during my lunges (I am NOT a fan of lower body work)
-modifying my dinner and making the chicken stir fry as not to overload on carbs.
-Wii and Just Dance 2!
-my SP friend and work buddy's support :)
- not being ashamed of my struggle as much...giving it light is a bigggggg scary step ....
- giving in and letting go and unknowing-ness
-my computer- YAY- she's pretty!
