+ did NOT make an excuse to not go to spin bc I was sooooo tired. Remembered that I have never regretted a great workout and went anyway....550 cals later...I'm glad I did :)

+ had lunch w/ a friend I haven't seen in about 9 mo and he's a personal trainer w/ his own studio. Says I can workout there for $0 if I help promote him :) :)

+ had another productive day @ work

-booooooo on the water drinking today.

-booooooooooooooo on breaking the calorie bank in a big way....thanks to Panera @ lunch and guac @ dinner....for some reason I don't feel too bad about it.....I think this is a good thing!

-my desk is still looking like a bomb hit it!

    That's great that you can train with a personal trainer for free! What awesome about you promoting him is that he will work really hard to help you see results so others will want to hire him! WHOOO! Lucky girl!
