Taco Soup

I made a SP recipe tonight. It was so good too!! I'm embarrassed to admit I have never made taco soup until tonight. I will be having left overs for lunch tomorrow if there are left overs that is.

Okay, I know I am doing bootcamp, buuuuutttt I am skipping cardio and strength training today. I have tracked my food and kept within my calories, consumed my water, journaled and worked on other points. Yesterday I worked on fitness points, tracking food and water, but skipped a lot of other stuff. I will probably have to make tracking fitness, nutrition and water a priority and skip a lot of the fun stuff due to time constraints.

This has really been a good day! Looking forward to Thursday!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Well, I just couldn't stand the guilt, so I did my fitness video twice. I did day 4 again b/c I just don't think I'm up to doing the moves in day 5. Now if I could psych myself up for a little cardio...
