Fighting the good fight

Today was my 2nd training session of Couch25K. I made it through the entire workout, but this time I didn't have to take an extra minute of walking through one of the walk/run intervals.

I remembered to bring my IPod and a pony tail holder for my hair. I also dropped my speed a little on the running intervals, and wore some new moisture-wicking Aididas workout shorts and shirt. I'm not saying it was easy, but I made it through.

I've decided to motivate myself by rewarding each training session with a new song to add to my workout playlist. Any suggestions?

    How fun to get new workout clothes! That moisture wicking material is the next best thing to sliced bread. : )


    I don't listen to music and my Ipod when I am running/walking anymore, however, Sheryl Crow has some spunky songs with a good beat when I first tried while running with the Ipod!
