1) Fitness Goal – I am not fond of strength training so my goal is hopefully to reach a point where I at least am willing to do it. I am hoping by incorporating a fitness program from one of my Wii games into my fitness routine that I will see the results and keep it up.
2) Nutrition Goal – I would like to try to reduce the amount of processed food that enters my mouth. I am doing this by having fruits and veggies around to snack on, instead of the 100 calorie snacks that are so easily accessible.
3) Personal Goal – I have twin daughters and I never really spend time with each of them individually, it's always both of them together. I would like to find time for each of them to do something "special".
