Okay I really am properly back now - New Year, New Start

Post Christmas weigh in done. 5lbs on. 5lbs. That is utterly shocking.
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start over again.

I've made a number of new year resolutions but in short! the following:

35 portions of fruit and veg a week
56 glasses of water or no-caffeine drinks per week
1 on the run latte per week only
No alcohol (11 glasses of champagne between now and Dec 4th permitted)
No chocolate or chocolate flavoured things
2 desserts a week
No crisps
Never more than 6 nuts as a portion
Ride twice a week
Exercise 3 times a week
Walk buster at least once a day
Get a monthly massage or facial
Track my spending on a spreadsheet for a trial month to look at ways to reduce spend
No nail biting
Cook from scratch 3 times a week
Do expenses monthly at minimum
Take regular vitamin/supplement
Pay off overdraft completely by Dec 2011 (you don't even want to know how much it is!)
Pay off credit card by end of Mar 2011 (£400 to go) - £300 lump sum paid today
Run 10 miles without walking by Dec 2011 following a sensible training programme
Run with fly lady rules for 3 months to improve house and organisation
Lose 2 stone by Dec 2011
Make contact with 3 friends per week
No saddle up at work
15 mins only internet surfing at work
Log into spark people every day
