Today is Day 4 of my bootcamp!! I'm hanging in there by modifying the exercises I do with the videos. I'm getting cardio in without problems; keeping nutrition under control so far....

I've got a buddy at work who is walking with me on our break. We are encouraging each other to drink 8 glasses of water. This is a big help.

Today my major issue was not having food available. I had plenty of food in the refrig at my house, but it wasn't with me at work nor was it cooked. I only like to cook if I am home for a minimum of 4 days (rare) and I usually eat out, but to control these calories I have to cook some food. Even more, I HATE to do dishes!!!! I cooked Saturday and thought it would be enough food to last 4 or 5 days, but my children consumed it almost as quick as I cooked it...... I boiled up a lot of eggs tonight, so hopefully, I'll have one or two to put with my banana and orange in the morning.

I ended up eating chick-fil-a chicken and waffle fries from our in house express. I only ate a few of the fries, but did consume the entire chicken sandwich (no condiments or pickle). I would much prefer baked chicken. I've got to figure this out; wish I could afford to hire a cook!

I'm honestly looking at my obstacles and working to make it better. I have chicken baking in the oven as we speak. Yea!!!

    This is a hard point for me too! When I decide I am going to eat out, I go to the restraint's web site and try to see what is the best for me to eat there. I don't even look at the menu when I get there, because between the smell, pictures and environment, I will indulge! Best of Luck! emoticon
