Unbreakable Resolutions...Jan 4

So today's task is to make an action plan for each goal.
--For my 7000 steps, I will do what I have done in the past. If it's a work day, I get 7000 steps in with little problem. If it's a weekend, I usually put myself on a schedule and if I get behind simply walk around the house (or go outside for a walk if it's nice out).
--Much the same for water--schedule is needed!! This I will have to work on. I find if I'm drinking coffee at work or if I have a beer when I get home, I get very little water in. This needs to be a priority!
--Calories--my first action is to work on the time I have supper. I am trying to get earlier. The second thing I'd like to try is to use smaller plates. I will buy these the end of January and see if I can get my portions under control.

Today is going well. I haven't figured out my calories yet but I believe I have eaten reasonably. My steps are already at 7000. I do need to drink, drink, drink that water though!

    The water will get to become a habit if you keep at it, and soon you will feel thirsty if you don't drink what you're used to.
