I don't understand how all you active women subsist on 1500 cals /day. Seriously!
I ate totally clean today except for the granola bar, and I was hungry most of the day.
It's now 9:30pm and I was going to do the SP bootcamp workout, but I'm afraid it'll kick my hunger into overdrive. Instead I'm going to have a small snack before going to bed so that I don't break 2000 calories today.
I went for a run this morning, which I haven't done in a while. But then I had a huge breakfast of 3 egg whites + 2 eggs, + brown rice. I was hungry less than an hour later, so I had cottage cheese. I ate a super healthy lunch of beans and rice. For a snack, rather than getting crackers and dip like I wanted, I ate a tangerine and peanuts and a small granola bar.
Dinner wasn't so great but I needed to meet my fiance to run errands. I got a salad. I guess I shouldn't have eaten the bread - mondo cals and carbs! - but I figured I would be hungry without that extra bulk. I had unsweetened tea rather than dessert.
I'm powering through this today because I don't want to give up. Hopefully my body just needs to clear out all the CRAP and excessive eating!
I just feel disappointed that I need to eat so much. How can I lose weight while eating 2000-2100 cals / day? I burned about 600 today through exercise. I am 5'7 ~153 pounds.
