Today is a great day. I woke up to a phone call from my sweet daughter, just back to University last night. She sounds very sick poor kid. So I gave her the mom advice, and said a prayer for her, and decided to make it a great day. There is nothing more I can do from this distance to relieve her ills, instead of worrying and fretting, I am going to do my best, just for today.

It really is my choice. I have to adjust my attitude each and every day for success.

So its off to work I go, with a workout after I get through my morning tasks. Just not feeling it when that alarm first went off. That's ok, I can be flexible today so will not beat myself up over it.
