Not as good as yesterday, but not bad

My food choices weren't terrible today, but they could have been better. I had Cheerios with 1% milk and a banana for breakfast. And, while I eschewed dessert when we went out for lunch, I did have a cheeseburger and fries. Dinner was baked chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. I should have had something better for lunch, but nothing really looked good. Ah well.
I got my exercise in last night when the boys went to bed. I'm expecting it to be the same tonight. I had planned on walking this morning, but I was trying to get an audiobook downloaded so I had something to listen to while I was walking. But it took forever to download, and then we had storytime and errands. Then... well, lack of momentum took over. I don't really like walking in my complex at night because, while there are some sidewalks, a majority of the places I'd be walking don't have them and I worry about getting hit. Still, I'm hoping to walk tomorrow after Rich gets home from work. He's not tutoring, so I'll have the time to do so. If I can get walking in 3 days a week, I'll be pleased. If I can work in swimming a couple days a week, I'll be even more pleased.
I'm still trying to make the changes that I need to to be a healthier me. It's not going to be easy. I know that. And I know that there are a lot of changes that I need to make for an all over better me. I need to work on organization and I really need to set myself on a schedule. And I need to start following my schedule daily. Otherwise, I'll never get better with it. Maybe I'll try to work on that some tonight as well.
So much to do, so little time. I really need to prioritize.
