28 day challenge!

I started the twenty eight day challenge today! I did the first boot camp video. Woot! I've stayed on track with my food, despite having a hard time tracking my food on spark people. I told another friend about this place and she may join, I'm excited!! I can't wait to see results! My husband is on board this time and is my partner in this. My kids will be getting lots of good food too so I don't have to feel guilty about what they are eating. I have a 4 y/o who is hooked on candy. We need to stop using any kind of food as a reward. It's amazing how many things we do that our parents did without even thinking about it. Just have to get the in laws on board with not giving him any food for rewards.
