Fun Challenge from Iowa Team

This is the challenge put forward by the team leader of the Iowa team. It is actually lots of fun.

Choose a destination in the US, a place where you can "walk" to.
For each point you collect, you can walk 5 miles toward your destination.
Week 1:
For every 10 consecutive minutes of aerobic exercise=1 point=5 miles
This includes walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, and other fitness exercise
Each day you exercise for 10 consecutive minutes, you get 1 point which is 5 mile. If you work 30 minutes=3 points=15 miles
For nutrition: 1 point for each of the following:
32 oz water
3-5 servings of veggies
2-4 servings of fruits
3 dairy servings
And for mental wellness:
add 1 point each day for each of the following:
15 minutes of meditation/prayer
8 hours of sleep
call someone you haven't spoken to in a while.
