The good and the bad

I run three times a week. I do crunches every day, and other strength exercises.
I eat mostly healthy things- lots of vegetables, whole grains.
I have a job.
I'm not very consistent (read: I don't) at stretching.
I've been binging lately.
I need to look for a new job and it's hard looking for apartments when you don't want to pay very much.
I guess I still have a few things to work on.
