2011 and some changes

In 2011 I am making a few changes. Otherwise, much of what I was doing, whole foods, Organic when it counts, and daily workouts remain the same. My main workout change came from being injured the past mionth and unable to run 5Ks every morning. I started doing HIITs on the elliptical and wow what a workout. I felt like I was going to throw up afterthe first 30 minute HIIT (this being a good thing - like that runners high I used to get). Will see how well this works in a month but I definitely feel the burn more than any other cardio I have done in a long time. I've also decided to stop cooking with olive oil and is goes bad at hight heat. Instead, when I cook I will use coconut oil. Also for Thyroid health I am adding coconut milk to my protein shakes.

Hope this will help speed up the incredible weight gain that occuered while I was out for a month!
