Time to Jump Back on the Wagon

Sunday, January 02, 2011

I've let the last couple months slide when I know I shouldn't have. It's so easy with the holidays to make excuses. But I can't do that any longer. I managed to lose some weight over the holidays but, to be honest, I've been afraid to face the scale since then. Too much chocolate around and too little exercise.

I joined the 28 day Challenge and I'm hoping that will help me kick start getting back into being healthy. I have weight loss as goals for two different things that I'm doing - my 101 in 1001 (which, since Day Zero is down, I'm keeping track of here at my blog sanitysoverrated.blogspo
) and my New Years Resolution (which I'm keeping track of at - This is me there:
. So I'm hoping with those as additional motivations that I'll be able to get back on the weight loss wagon.

Hopefully, you'll be seeing me around here more often. I'm really wanting to get myself organized a bit better, and keeping updated here will hopefully help with that.

I hope all of you meet your own goals in 2011 and that the year brings you everything you want and more. emoticon

I had problems staying away from all of the junk over the holiday too. But now is the time to get back on track. I wish you the best and know that we are all here for you. Happy New Year.
