HAPPY NEW YEAR & it's resolutions!!!

First of all I want to wish all my wonderful Sparkfriends a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011!!!
May this be YOUR BEST EVER!!!!
As every year I have resolutions for the new year, but this year they are a bit different. YES I want to be skinny and I WILL SUCCEED because I have a different mind set, more will power and lots of reasons to stick to my plan!!!
I will stick with my exercise routine & I will stick to my healthy eating & lifestyle changes - I CAN & WILL SUCCEED!!!!
First and foremost I AM DOING THIS FOR MYSELF!!!! Only if I take care of myself can I take care of my family, be there for them & support them in this tough year ahead. I know this year will be very tempting for me as I am a big time stress eater and STRESS will be a big part of my life I'm sure with 2 sons being deployed, BUT - NOTHING I CAN NOT HANDLE!!!
INSTEAD OF EATING WHEN I GET STRESSED - I WILL EXERCISE
I will let NOTHING & NOBODY get in my way to succeed!! NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

And YES - I will still be on Facebook a lot, pretty much always signed in BUT that is to boost my own moral, because my boys will sent me a quick note or message that they are okay. Some days it's easier for them to hop online real fast while deployed than to wait in the long endless lines for a phone. And both of the boys told me they will always let the married Marines with kids get to a phone first - because they remember how much it meant to them when they were little - a phone call from Daddy!!!

I know many of you heard me say this before and YES I keep on saying I can & will succeed but still haven't BUT - I AM DONE BEING THE FAT GIRL!!!!!!

2011 IS MY YEAR TO SHINE
