Back again, again ;)

Well I see that some of my past entries are already titled "back again" but yep new year and here I am.

I'm not just doing this as a New Year's Resolution sort of thing though. I've been on vacation and seen how out of shape I've been getting again. I want to pick back up on some of the good habits I had going here before,
