Fitness Plan for January 2 - 8, 2011

First week of the year. Also, first week of marathon trainng for the flying pig marathon.

This is what I plan on doing:

Sunday - Vinyasa yoga, bike ride (maybe, if I have time)
Monday - Run 3-4 miles, Swim 45 minutes
Tuesday - Weights and elliptical
Wednesday - Yoga and group run
Thursday - Swim
Friday - rest or Moksha yoga
Saturday - Long run (6 miles or so)
