My goals for 2011 are:
1. track nutrition and fitness
2. Actually get off my duff and enjoy moving, exercise and fitness. I joined the 28 day bootcamp challenge....... so NO EXCUSES
3. Consume 8 glasses of water per day!
4. Journal my journey
If I want to be healthy I have to do the work!!!!!!
