Another new year, another shot at a new me. Sometimes I feel this "new me" is out of reach, sometimes I just feel lazy, today I feel slightly optimistic. I am going to try to follow the Unbreakable Resolutions calendar. January 1st says to write down specific goals.
--I guess my biggest goal is to lose 1pound/week. This is a reasonable amount and would get me looking good by my daughter's grad in June.
-- I will lose my 1lb by getting in 8 glasses of water every day and
-- staying within calorie limits.
-- I will work very hard on my portion control and nighttime eating.
-- I will work my way up from 7000 steps/day to 10000steps/day.
-- I will get in, for January, at least 10 minutes on my stairstepper.
So, it's out in cyberworld now. If I slip I expect you all to come looking for me!!
