Too early to tell

ok I know it's only noon on DAY 1, but I feel "centered" . I know this is bizarre however other days when my mind is filled with what's next to eat, today it is not there. Yes I know it's there waiting to jump out and grab me by the )(*&@#($*& however I feel secure for the moment. And moments add up to hours which add up to days etc.

So I'm in the moment and I feel good!!:)
