Happy New Year 2011!

I tried so hard to stay up and watch the Time Square ball drop last night but kept falling asleep till my husband finally said "come on Marie, let's go to bed." and I abliged. Oh well! I may not be a "night owl", but I am definitely an "early bird" I got up early this morning and was pleased to see that Coach Jen has started a 28 day boot camp challenge. That might be just the thing I need to boost my program. I am looking forward to the challenge and hope that some of my spark friends and teammates might join along with me. I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy!

    Hey Marie,
    Okay you convinced me and I joined up for the challenge. I will be celebrating my 1 yr. Spark Anniversary at the end of January and thought it was a great way to finish off a year with a spark challenge.

    Don't feel bad, we headed to bed around 9:30 PM and I preferred cuddling with my husband to curling up on the sofa waiting for the ball to drop.

    I started my day off with a early start and jumped into the day with outdoor walks to celebrate the new year, New ME outlook, and to take advantage of our gorgeous weather.

    Keep those healthy habits moving and you'll get this year started right.

    My husband and I are early birds as well so we had a tough time staying up til midnight as well, lol! Our 18 year old went to Times Square with friends so we really wanted to make it to watch what he was seeing in person. We did but I think I do much prefer going to bed early and getting up early. Happy New Year to you!
