Jan 1, 2011-losing 2 lbs a week

Losing two pounds a week doesn't sound hard, but if it were easy we would all lose 104 pounds every year. I would like to lose 104 pounds of fat this year and gain some muscle. Actually I would like to have a lot of muscle. I love muscles. Even just looking at them makes me happy. Just imagine how much happier I am when they are my own muscles.

I think muscles make a person look healthy. I haven't saw any of my muscles in 11 years. Not since I gained the last 100 + pounds. So far I have lost 70 pounds, but I think I lost muscle too, because I didn't exercise much when I lost the weight. Tipping the scales at 328 and with arthritis I didn't feel like exercising, but now that I am down to 266 I have the energy to work out and strength train again.
