So things have been going a bit better the past few days. Managing to eat more healthily and have even been doing some exercise.

Made a vegetable goulash last night which even my boyfriend enjoyed! Just had lunch and have been good at sticking to the meal plan for today. Mind you I'm still hungry.

Just hope the rest of the day goes well as my boyfriend has gone away for the next couple of weeks on a training course with his job. Not too good at being on my own.
