On the menu for today:
The Ultimate Meal (sweet green grasses....savor all the nutrients)
Spaghetti with whole wheat pasta and asparagus
Garden Thin Crust JOHNNY'S Pizza. I'm visiting my mom and it's honestly THE BEST PIZZA in the world. :) I had 2 slices with a half a grapefruit and the rest of the asparagus. For dessert I had some 100 Calorie Pack Chocolate Covered Pretzels. My mom keeps such great stuff at her house. I'd have to padlock these snacks at my house.
Dr. Atkins Shakes are a good protein filled yummy shake/snack. I had one today.
