my January goals are:
1.] pack my lunch everyday for work (or keep some stuff in my mini fridge at work so I can make my lunch there everyday.)
2.] drink at least 48 oz. of water every day
3.] do 20 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week
4.] lose at least 5 pounds a month this year until I reach my goal (120 lbs.)
