I used to find out what my calorie limit should be and eat until I had used them up. I have found that if your eating the right combination of foods it's difficult to reach those limits. My husband and I started the 6 week body makeover diet program this week to help us reach our goals sooner. After 5 days on the program I haven't once craved something sweet (which is a record for me!)
